I just got a surprise in the mail!
Some sweet friend here sent a BB'S gift card. Thank you to whoever did that! Your kindness certainly brightened my day, and I needed that. Emoticon

@Bloom : DW also got a surprise in the mail yesterday -- a jury summons. She cheered, thinking she could refuse based on age. I guess Texas must've raised the age when she wasn't lookin'. (I just looked it up. The age was officially raised from 70 to 75 in September 2023.)
