About 99% of the trains on that route travel from north-to-south. I can see somebody looking north, seeing no train coming, deciding to jog around the signal arms, and getting smushed by that rare northbound freight.

I've seen some close calls there a few times. It's a poorly designed and operated light/intersection which doesn't help
