Since no one has suggested it, I'll make the not-at-all-likely, pie-in-the-sky addition of Trader Joe's. And before you respond, Aldi is NOT the same or even related (the founders were brothers, but that's the end of any similarity).

@roselove : I bet HEB is already on it. I have 3 family members who work for the HEB corporation and they are very "community aware".

@Cbear : According to public records, HEB terminated their lease on the property at 59 & 242 last April
