Funny story from the baby shower
The expectant parents are choosing to not announce the baby's name till she is born. One of the activities at the shower was for everyone to fill out a prediction sheet of names, birth date , etc. Since DH and I were unable to be there, we did ours early and sent our predictions. DH'S first name is Earl, so we jokingly showed Earlene for the name. It appears that for the time being, family members are calling the baby Earlene! 🙃

@LyleLanley : We did not. I'm sure they would have if I asked, but I didn't want to mess up their day with me crying in the video. Here's a Pic of me and my grandson on his wedding day, to show our special connection. Missing the celebration for his baby was so hard for me, but I knew that the trip was too much for DH.
