Good morning! We haven't eaten out all week, so I think we'll go somewhere for lunch. Not sure where - I just don't want to cook. We're going to a friend's house tonight for a fish fry and games afterwards.

@Sweetie : The roofers have gone; the cats have calmed down. Today we're waiting on DirecTV to show up to reorient the dish antenna. We can stream DirecTV, but we can't record anything. We seldom watch live TV (we even record-delay the evening news). Guess I'll have to watch Jeopardy! live later this morning with commercials. Ugh.

@Sweetie : Cleaning house and then hoping to work on DD's Alabama dress. I got some more progress done on it last night. I really need to get it to the point where I can go and buy the fabric and start on the real one!

Have a great day. I'm working right now and hopeful to go for a run in 30-45 minutes, have lunch, do a meeting or 2 and call it a day

@Sweetie : Well, I forgot to tune into Jeopardy! yesterday morning. Stayed home all afternoon waiting for the DirecTV guy. He never called. He never showed. At 4:30 I contacted DirecTV. They told me the guy had a personal emergency. The report said he phoned me but nobody answered. Nobody answered, because nobody called. The phone never rang. No voice-mail message. No text. Now a different guy is scheduled to show up this morning before noon. I'm not holding my breath. With the antenna out, we can't even watch the shows we've recorded. We just get an "updating" screen that won't go away.

Yay, the second DirecTV guy did show up. The antenna is reset and things are back to normal.
