Medical Office is seeking an experienced Front Office Specialist that possess outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as leadership qualities. This specialist should be able to work in fast-paced environments as a team player.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Travel between New Caney / Cleveland office as needed
Greeting patients in a professional, friendly manner
Assisting patients through the check-in/check-out process including new patient paperwork in electronic format.
Process patient payments
Schedule and/or reschedule appointments, as well as confirming appointments for the following day
Answer phone calls in an energetic manner and be willing to assist patients in a timely manner with questions.
Help patients understand the need for their appointments
Return any phone calls in a prompt fashion
Maintain a clean, sanitized waiting area as well as an organized office space
A successful candidate should be organized as well as able to manage a demanding workload independently.
